Apple trees are susceptible to a variety of fungal diseases. To keep trees healthy, most will need to be on a regular spray schedule. This schedule begins during the dormant season and continues through the growing season.

During the dormant stage, use:
Dormant oil
or
Lime sulfur
or
Liquid copper

During the flowering stage, use:
Pre-pink Captan3
or
Mancozeb
or
Ferbam

During the Pink stage, use:
Captan
or
Mancozeb
or
Ferbam

At Petal fall use:
Captan
or
Mancozeb
or
Ferbam

Be sure to follow label directions.
