I have a very leggie Plumeria in my yard. It has long stalks with leaves at the tops, but the stalks are about 4 foot long and I want to trim up the plant to look more normal. How and when do I trim up my leggie Plumeria. (This is my second question, as I did not receive any response the first time) Thank you.
