I have some seeds which my grandmother called Job's Tears. Any idea what the real name is and where they come from?

Job's Tears is much easier to pronounce than the plant's botanical name, which is "Coix lacryma-jobi". It's a perennial grass (or annual in cold areas), and is grown for its ornamental beads, which are really seed pods. The plant originated in SE Asia.
