I was given a Miss Kim Lilac. It has to go on the West side of the house, but it is going to be landscaped next year. Since a Miss Kim is a small Lilac, Can I put it in a container for about a year to a year & a half? Or maybe I can leave it in the container? Thanks |
Since Miss Kim is compact and has an upright-rounded form, and because it grows slowly to five feet tall and wide, it would make a good candidate for a large container. For right now you can keep it in a nursery container. If you decide you don't want to plant it in your yard, you can move it to a larger container - a half-wine barrel would be the perfect size. Best wishes with your Miss Kim! |
