How long can a rooted vanilla orchid plant be kept planted in orchid bark in a ceramic pot?

If the plant is happy, it will outgrow the pot in a short time. Your vanilla bean orchid can grow at a tremendous rate and should be planted in the ground as soon as practical so it can establish a healthy root system capable of supporting the huge vine it is capable of producing.
