I live in a rural area with modist amount of land primarily full of well established oak, pine, and palm trees. The property has a wildlife reserve behind and other similar private owned properties boarding on other sides. Large white and red spots starting appearing on the oak trees several months ago. The spots have grown in size and number and the trees appear to be dying. I love my trees .... that is why I live where I do. I've not noticed the other trees being affected. What could this be and what can I do about it?

Loretta,

I am not clear as to just where the spots are appearing and how they look. I suggest you take a sample of the foliage if it is showing the spots as well as some photos closeup and distant of the trees and spots to your County Extension Office and see if they can identify the problem and if necessary prescribe an appropriate remedy.
