I just bought a Hibuscus Pinot Grigio at the local Home Depot, but the assistants didn't have a clue about its care, zone, etc.

What zone is in?
Will it be an annual here in SLC?

Pinot Grigio is a hardy hibiscus with light blush colored flowers. It is compact, growing only 2-3' high and wide. It grows best in full sun and is hardy in USDA zones 5-9. You are in zone 5 so with some winter protection, this plant should come back year after year. Hibiscus likes well draining soils and a deep soaking once or twice a week (depending upon soil and weather). Enjoy your new hibiscus!
