If the grub population is high enough to create a problem in your lawn, you can apply beneficial nematodes (such as Grub-Away) to control them. Moles are an indication of healthy soil and eat an assortment of insects, slugs, and so on, they are not a problem in and of themselves. (Moles do not eat plants.)
