What are the best vegetables to plant after the summer season or during the season that will florish while approaching fall...

Cool season vegetables for late summer planting include greens such as assorted lettuces and spinach, peas, kohl crops such as cabbage and kale, as well as beets and turnips. You could still plant fast maturing bush beans as well. You may find the following information helpful:
