I have three Pennisetum setaceum 'Rubrum's'.
All three are healthy and vibrant, but one them has no plumes. Is their anyway to promote the grass to produce plumes?
Thank You

Jim

The plumes are the grass's way of flowering and setting seeds. Each plant has to reach maturity before sending up plumes so you'll just have to be patient - each grows at its own rate.
