What would be the best type of fertilizer to use on my perennial garden which has a variety of types of flowers, lilac bush, dogwood tree & hydrangea?

You can use an all-purpose garden fertilizer such as a 10-10-10 or 20-20-20 to promote blooming and green foliage in your perennial garden. These come in either granular or liquid form.
