There are a number of fungicides made for lawns, but you'll want to confirm that a fungal disease is causing the brown spots. Yellowing and dropping leaves can indicate heat stress, or a fungal disease. Take a few samples, place them in a plastic bag at take them to your local nursery. Helpful folks there can suggest some treatment options. Brown spots on flower petals is usually a sign of Botrytis blight, also called gray mold. This is a fungus disease that spreads in moist air and cool temperatures. There are no chemical cures for blight once it occurs. If symptoms appear, cut off and destroy all infected plant parts. Spray with a fungicide to keep the disease from spreading.

Good luck with your landscape!
