Blueberries require a highly acidic soil in order to grow well and produce berries(yours tends to be alkaline). If you did not amend the soil with sphagnum moss when planting, you'll want to mulch the plant with peat moss and feed with an acidified fertilizer. It's too late to expect flowers and berries this year, but once you modify the soil's acidity, you should see flowers and fruit next year. Most blueberries are self-fertile but they will set more fruit if they are cross-pollinated with another blueberry variety.

Best wishes with your blueberry bush!
