I bought 2 hibiscus 2 months ago. I have been putting miracle grow on them and make sure they are watered. but they aren't flowering yet. Am I just getting impatient? What else can I do.

Hibiscus flowers best in warm weather so I expect they will be flowering soon. You didn't say how much or how often you are fertilizing. It might be a concern. Feeding too often with a high nitrogen fertilizer can result in lots of lush green growth, at the expense of flowers. I'd hold off on the fertilizer for a month and see if that doesn't improve the blooming.
