|I have a peach tree that did beautifully last year. It had many peaches and the top ones were huge and very tasty. I cut it back after picking the fruit, because I didn't want it to take over my backyard. This year it had no fruits. How can I keep it small and have it produce fruits?|
|The pruning would not have eliminated all fruit this year. Instead, I would suspect winter damage or spring frost damage to the buds, or lack of pollination, or drought this summer as the cause for no fruit. Here is information on pruning peach trees you may find helpful.
Good luck with your peach crop next year!
