This plant is a ground cover; evergreen and very stiff. I saw it at the Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island. They said it was Bolax. Do you know where I can get some?

The plant you saw was Bolax gummifera 'Nana'. It's a specialty plant that might be available at a nursery that specializes in rock garden plants. Check with Bijou Alpines, 13921 240th St. E, Graham, WA 98338. (206) 893-6191. Or, Collector's Nursery, 1602 NE 162nd. Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684. Good luck in your search.
