Rabbits are eating everything I plant. I've tried blood meal, chili powder, and netting. They even got up and ate my hybrid roses in 18 |
Rabbits can be bold and often ignore scare tactics and nasty smells. The only sure way to keep them from munching on your garden plants is to create physical barriers. I use cylinders of chicken wire around my prized plants. I've found that by mid-summer the bunnies go elsewhere to feed (because there is nothing yummy in my yard that they can access). At that time I remove the protective cylinders. Maybe this tactic will work for you. Hope so! |
