I bought a cilantro plant which soon got different leaves & began to flower. Are the flowers poisonous? How do I get the usual leaves back?

Cilantro is a short lived annual plant that quickly blooms and goes to seed once the weather turns warm. What you are seeing is normal. I am not aware of culinary uses for the flowers, however the seeds can be saved and used in recipes that call for coriander seed. There is nothing you can do to return it to the original condition, but you could plant seeds and grow new plants.
