I live in zone 6. I have bought bulbs from home depot that are now on sale. Should I wait for colder weather before I plant them or can I plant them now/ If wait, how should I store these newly bought bulbs? thank you Jeanne gowe

You can plant your bulbs now. Although the air temperature is warm, the soil temperature will be cooler. Your newly planted bulbs will spend several weeks developing roots and then they will go dormant until spring. Plant them now and you'll be rewarded with lots of spring flowers.

Enjoy!
