Home Depot has a evergreen for sale on line
that I would like to know the best time to plant.
It's called

Plant in early fall after the worst of the summer heat is spent, but allow 6 to 8 weeks before your first frost date to allow trees time to establish. Alternatively, plant in late winter/early spring after the last frost date, again allowing plants time to establish roots before summer. Good luck!
