I want to share some of my perennials with my neighbors. I live in Zone 5B. Can coreopsis, gallardia, etc. be transplanted in September?
Can Virburnum be moved to another spot in September?

Yes, if you transplant early in the month to allow about 6 weeks before your first frost date, allowing roots time to establish before the cold. Good luck!
