Our concern is for 2 red crab apple trees purchased from your store in Greenwood, IN. They are listed on tag as being spring flowering, however, they are flowering now at the start of fall. Should we do anything special with them as far as nutrition, care, etc.

Crabapples are spring bloomers, yes, but it is not too unusual to see a few blooms in the fall as well depending on the weather conditions. The flower buds for next spring are already on the tree and sometimes a few will open now. There is nothing to be concerned about. Just enjoy the flowers!
