| I live in Moreno Valley, CA, southern CA. I'd like to seed my lawn with Kentucky bluegrass. My lawn is seeded with Marathon. I'd like to add the bluish-green bluegrass to the Marathon grass to enhance my yard. The temperature here in the summertime gets as hot as 110. Will this type of grass survive the summer months here? |
| You can overseed your Marathon fescue lawn with Kentucky Bluegrass. Kentucky Bluegrass will take the heat and remain green throughout the summer months, as long as it is well irrigated.
