Best Support for Climbing Roses? - Knowledgebase Question

Oklahoma City, Ok

I live in Oklahoma City, we have had good success with roses in the past. We moved to a new location, and want to know the best support for climbing roses. Past wooden trellises have collapsed. J&P is having an awesome sale on climbers!

Climbing roses can be grown on a number of different supports. Wood is fine but I suggest treated wood so it will last longer. I like using galvanized cattle panels too since they last indefinitely. You can use bolt cutters to make them smaller or cut them into sections for attaching to a post or other support.
