i use scotts grub x on the lawn, i have flower beds which butt up to the lawn all around the house - the beds have mulch on top of the weed cover and then the dirt - are the grubs in the dirt? and if so can you use grub x in the flower beds like you do on the lawn? also, when the japanese beetles come out i usually spay seven on the plants but i don't really like that to much - is there something else that is effective as seven but less harmful to the plants? thanks so much for your help |
I don't think there are any grubs beneath the weed block but there might be some beneath the mulch. Rake it back to see if you can find any. If you do, check the product label. I know that with Bayer Advanced Grub Control you can use it on lawns and on flower beds. Best wishes with your flower beds! |
