I was digging in my veggie garden and I found very tiny white worm type things in there. what can they be and how do I get rid of them? Are they a danger to my vegetables? They were not thru out the whole garden.

If the little white worms have tiny legs, they're probably millipedes; no legs? then they are probably related to earthworms. What they do is recycle the soil, leaving it nutrient rich. Or, they could be destructive. Without seeing them, I can't really tell. So, why not collect a few in a plastic baggie and take them to a nursery for positive identification? Once you know what you're dealing with you'll be able to decide whether or not you need to control them.

Best wishes with your garden!
