|I have some beautiful 5 foot tall Asiatic lillies. I would like to move them after they finish blooming? Will they survive? If I can't move them at this time, can I cut them down?

|Because your Asiatic lilies grow from bulbs, they will need their foliage the rest of the summer to transport carbohydrates (energy) back into the bulb for next year's floral display. If you cut the stalks down too soon, they won't have enough stored energy for next year. Leave them alone until the stalks die back on their own. After that happens you can dig and move them without harming them.
