Last spring I put in 5 lorepedelum. All but one is doing great! One is not nearly as purple. It is mostly green. It seems to get the same sun/water/fertilizer as the rest but is responding differently this summer. Do you know why they might turn green instead of the purple leaf?

Too much sunshine will make the leaves turn green so even though all your plants seem to be getting the same treatment and exposure to sunshine, the one that's turning green is just getting too much for its liking. I'd move it to a shadier spot or plant something nearby that can cast some afternoon shade on the affected plant.
