Hi! I have a newly planted New Dawn climbing Rose bush (planted in early May). The bush has good new growth and beautiful green leaves but no buds! Why is this, and what am I doing wrong??

If your rose is brand new, you probably won't see any flowers on it the first year. This is because climbing roses produce flowers on lateral branches that grow out of last year's canes. With all that wonderful new growth you report, you should see lots of flowers next year. It will be worth the wait!
