WHAT DO I DO AFTER THE FLOWERS DIE ON THE VIGORO ALHELI PLANTS, DO I CUT THE TOPS OFF OR DO I JUST PULL OFF THE PETALS. THEY ARE NOT BLOOMING AGAIN

Alheli plants are Matthiola incana, commonly called stock. These are annual plants so once they have flowered and set seed they will die. You can collect the seeds from the dried flower stalks and plant them in the garden or save them for planting early next spring.
