plants for water gardening in Arizona.
I have a pond with a waterfall and I want to start a water garden and fish pond.
Please give me a start in the sort of plants to put in.
I've had the water tested and it is fine for fish.
what should I plant?

Thanks , Pat martens

There are lots of plants you can place in your new pond. Start with Lily (of course!), Dwarf Papyrus, Panda Leaf Bamboo, Flowering Iris, Hornwort, Parrot's Feather, Umbrella Palm, Creeping Jenny, Anacharis, Purple Cabomba, and Narrow-leaf Ludwigia. You'll find many others, especially if you visit a store that specializes in aquatic plants. Here's a website with lots of information:

Best wishes with your new pond!
