|The Graber Pyracanthas in our yard are losing their leaves and the berries are drying up! Some thing is eating the branches bare! What is this and what do I need to do to recover the plants? Thanks for your help. |

|If the leaves are striped from the branches, it's likely that deer have been munching on your plants. It's normal for the berries to dry up - they're last year's berries. New berries will form later this summer and will hang on all winter long. I'd prune back the affected branches - new growth will develop wherever you cut. As for keeping deer away, you might want to try one of the deer deterent sprays available at garden centers.|
Good luck with your garden!
