|I am thinking of planting some grapevines along side a fence and i was looking for some varieties that are hardy seedless table grapes. i am not a fan of concord with their thick skin. any suggestions? I know i'll have to wait til spring to plant. which varities does the homedepot plan on selling? thank you|
|You have an extensive list of choices. According to Michigan State University, the following table grapes grow well in your region:
Interlaken Seedless; Lakemont; Marquis; Remaily Seedless; Romulus ;NY65.479.2; and
Concord Seedless; Glenora;Mars; Venus; ES3-22-18.
Canadice; Challenger; Einset Seedless; Reliance; Saturn; Suffolk Red; and Vanessa.
Grapes are generally insect and disease free. Provide lots of sunshine and water and they should grow well for you.
