I have a variegated ginger that I planted in full morning sun. It is not doing well at all. I was wondering if I can pot it & bring it inside for the winter. I live in Byron, GA. zone 8

You can grow it indoors in bright light and with high humidity, or you can dig the rhizomes, remove the foliage and store the rhizomes in a cool place over the winter months. Either way, you can take the plant back outdoors in the spring and enjoy it all summer.
