|Hello, my waterer rhododendron leaves are turning brown and brakeing off is the waterer rhododendron diffrent from a roseum elegans rhododendron because it's leaves are fine i know there in the same plant family , and their growing next to each other last summer when i planted the waterer it did fine no browning this year after they bloomed pretty flowers this year then after blooming the tips would curl and brown first then start turning brown throughout the leaves and brake off. is that normal or is their something i can give i do give them miracle-gro acid. thankyou please email me back.|
|Although the Gomer Waterer rhododendron will grow in full sunshine in cool summer areas such as the Pacific Northwest, it won't do well in your summer sunshine. This fall or next spring move it to a spot where it will get morning sun and protection from hot afternoon sun. It will perform much better for you and the leaves will not turn a crispy brown next summer.
Best wishes with your rhodies!
