My Burpee seed packet for sugar-snap peas tells me to plant seeds 1"-2" apart, but says nothing about thinning the plants. They are coming up beautifully. How closely may I grow these plant that grow to 6'?

Spacing of sugar snap peas depends a lot on how fertile your soil is, and whether they get plenty of sun and water. I thin mine to about 3" apart. I always sow my seed heavily to insure a good stand and then thin them when they are about 3 inches tall.
