I need to move this tree it's about three feet high but in a really bad spot. It is full of berries right now when is a good time to transplant it without disrupting it too much?

Thank you!

You can transplant your holly now. You may lose some of the berries but it will be re-established by next spring when new flowers appear which means that you'll have lots of berries next winter.
