I am starting a container garden on my balcony which
receives no direct sunlight. Could you please give me

which will grow in this condition.

Your best bets for container plants that will thrive with little direct sun are impatiens, begonias, forget-me-nots,ivy and coleus. For herbs and vegetabgles try leafy greens such as lettuce, arugula and Swiss chard and herbs like parsley.
