If you don't mind losing the berries, you can prune and move your shrub now. The only problem associated with pruning this late in the season is that pruning encourages new growth and that new growth won't have a chance to harden off before the weather turns cold. As a result, it can die back and will need to be pruned off in the spring. Normally this won't hurt a shrub too much but it can retard the growth because the energy the shrub uses to produce the new growth that will be susceptible to winter die back is the energy it would normally use in the spring to make that early season growth spurt. If you can wait until spring to prune and move your shrub it will re-establish quicker and the new growth it produces will have all summer to harden off before winter. The choice is yours.

Best wishes with the move!
