Now that the mornings and evenings are cooler, how often should I water my lawn and how do I get it winterized for the winter to come. What fertilizer or winterize do you recommend and when do I put it on the lawn??

As a matter of fact, St. Augustine lawns do not need any special treatment in the fall. Deep southern lawns, which include Bermuda, Centipede, Zoysia, and St. Augustine grass, become dormant during the winter. They don't grow and therefore won't need mowing, watering or feeding. They will green up when the weather warms, at which time you should water regularly and mow when needed.

Best wishes with your lawn!
