For crops you start right in the garden, such as beans, peas, carrots, etc., the days to maturity are projected from the date seeds are sown. For other crops you start inside for transplant later (tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, etc.), count days to maturity from the date seedlings are placed in the garden. |
