Ive heard lily bulbs like their feet in the shade and their heads in the sun what can i plant around them? Ive planted some lady ferns with my lily's casablanca will see how that goes any other ideas?

You can plant nearly anything beneath your lilies. Creeping thyme works well, as does parsley, coral bells, vinca minor, dead nettle or any relatively short sun loving plant. Best wishes with your garden!
