I live in Babson Park Florida. (middle of the state zone 9) When do I cut back my rose bushes to make them full and bloom better?

Since your roses never really go dormant, you can prune at any time. To keep them bushy and healthy, cut them back each December and again in March. They should bloom off and on all year for you. Enjoy!
