I have 4 acres of fenced yard. Several hundred feet of fence has wild grapevine on it that I would like to remove. It is so thick and heavy it's crushing the hogwire fence. What's the best tool to remove it the quickest?

You can rent a bushwacker which is like a weed whacker on steroids. Instead of nylon string, a bushwacker uses a metal blade. It will make quick work of the job.
