Your tomato plants may not be getting adequate sunshine, or the flowers are not being pollinated. Tomatoes grow best in full sunshine. They flower more and produce more if they are planted in full sun, in rich, loamy garden soil. They also need plenty of water in order to thrive. Start by amending the soil with lots of organic matter so it will hold moisture and provide nutrients to your plants. After planting, be sure to water regularly, giving the top of the soil a chance to dry slightly between deep waterings. Try planting early varieties. Sometimes summer weather doesn't cooperate and stay warm enough for late varieties. Hope this information helps!
