Can you dig up bulbs and move them around? The husband moved soil and all the bulbs with it. They are in bloom now

As long as the bulbs are blooming, the move didn't bother them at all. If you want to move the bulbs to another garden spot, wait until their foliage dies off and turns crispy brown. Then cut away the old foliage, dig the bulbs, and replant them somewhere else in the garden. The leaves transport energy back into the bulb for next year's flowers so don't remove the foliage - just allow it to die off naturally. Enjoy your garden!
