I have several perennials that I'd like to relocate in my yard: daylilies, red penstemmon, black-eyed susan, echinacea and blue lyriope. When is a good time to move these as they're just now starting to come in?

Now that they are actively growing, move them to their new places in the garden so they can take advantage of the cool spring weather to establish their roots before they put on lots of top growth. Best wishes with the move!
