What flowers can I plant in my garden that will help with pest control?

Using plants as pest controls are what we term Companion Planting. Here are some of the most common pest repelling plants:
Allium--flowering onions, chives, garlic, leek, onion and shallot; Basil; Borage; Catnip; Chamomile, Chervil; Coriander, Dill, Geranium, Hyssop, Marigold, Mustard, Nasturtiums, Oregano, Parsley, Pennyroyal, Chrysanthemums, Sage and Thyme. In fact, any plant with aromatic foliage will help repel insect pests.
