My tomato plants seem to not be doing well this year. I noticed a webby appearance on some the older plants leftover from the winter but now they all look bad and have tiny red spots on the bottom of the leaves and some of them appear to have filmy webs on them. What is this and what should I treat with.

It may be time to replace your old tomato plants with healthy new plants. What you describe sounds like spider mite damage and these pesky little insects are difficult to control on a tender leafed tomato plant. I would remove the plants from the garden and start new plants in a different area of the garden. Wish I had better news for you!
