I started some Canterbury Bells inside. They are teeny tiny right now. Will they bloom this year?

Probably not. Canterbury Bells (Campanula Medium) are a biennial. A biennial usually makes leaves the first year, blooms and sets seed the second year and then unceremoniously, dies. However, it will have spread seed for your following year. It is possible you might get a few blooms this year. I think that would be the exception rather than the rule, however.
